 Personal training at Finger Lakes Fitness Center offers one-on-one strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training with a certified personal trainer. This ensures that your trainer will have the expertise required to help you reach your goals safely and efficiently. We can help you lose weight, increase strength, improve sports performance, prevent injuries, and stick to an exercise commitment. Hour or half-hour sessions can be scheduled for any day or time to accommodate your busy schedule. Purchase single sessions or a package of 6 or 18 with a savings.
