Dan Stehm, NSCA-CSCS
Owner/Director and Personal Fitness Trainer
Dan received his degree in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland. He later became certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist). Hundreds of clients have benefited from Dan's personal training expertise. He has worked extensively with individuals referred by physical therapists and physicians for rehabilitation. With 17 years experience in club management, Dan is happy to fulfill his longtime dream of owning his own facility. |

Lynda Kochian, ACE-PFT
Personal Fitness Trainer and Assistant to the Director
Lynda began teaching aerobics in the mid 1980's and has taught all types of aerobics and strength training classes. In addition to group fitness, Lynda is also a certified personal fitness trainer. She has pursued an in-depth knowledge of fitness and training and has earned certifications from American Fitness and Aerobics Association, American Council on Exercise, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Senior Fitness Association. Currently at FLFC she focuses on personal fitness training and administrative duties as Assistant to the Director. |

Sarah Besemer, MS, ACSM-HFI
Personal Fitness Trainer, Assistant Manager
Sarah received her B.S. in Health Promotion from Coastal Carolina University in 2005 and her M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Ithaca College in 2006. While at IC, she became certified as a Health Fitness Instructor (HFI) by the American College of Sports Medicine. Sarah has a broad range of knowledge in the wellness and fitness fields and loves to share her knowledge to enhance the lives of others. She especially enjoys working with special populations. Sarah also played volleyball while at Coastal and still plays competitively on a women’s adult club team and in co-ed leagues indoors and outdoors.

Nancy Myers
Yoga Instructor
Nancy is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor and has over 20 years experience in fitness and wellness field including three years as Program Director for Cornell Universities Wellness Program. Along with teaching yoga classes, Nancy oversees our nutritional supplements department. |
Kat Bond
Trainer and Office Manager
Kat received a B.S. degree in Fitness and Cardiac Rehabilitation/Exercise Science in 1993 from Ithaca College. She has recently graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage and is now a licensed Massage Therapist. She has extensive experience training clients both in physical therapy and health club settings.

Randy French
Front Desk
Randy French opens the gym every morning at 5:30 during the summer and fall months. He has over ten years experience in weight training and to say he enjoys helping people is an understatement. Frenchy is always willing to share the benefits of his decades of experience with others. |
