Personal training at FLFC offers one-on-one strength, cardiovascular, and flexibility training with an educated, experienced personal trainer.

We can help you lose weight, increase strength, improve sports performance, prevent injuries, and stick to an exercise commitment.

30- or 60- minute sessions can be scheduled for any day or time to accommodate your busy schedule.  Purchase single sessions or a package of 6 or 18 with a savings.
