Fitness Evaluations include eight individual tests that measure the five components of fitness:

  4. Muscular Endurance
  5. Muscular Strength

A Comprehensive Fitness Evaluation is included with the purchase of a regular 1-year fitness membership.

A Select Fitness Evaluation is included with the purchase of an 12-pack of 30-minute personal training sessions.
