Finger Lakes Fitness Center, partnering with F.Oliver’s and Gorgers, presents: Fitness Challenge 2013!

Registration Dates: Monday, September 9 through Monday, September 23

Challenge Dates: Monday, September 23 through Wednesday, October 30, 2013

Cost: $30 per person

Teams: 2-3 people per team

Includes: A five and a half week inclusive membership to FLFC.  This membership includes a complementary orientation to our machines, all our regular group fitness classes, 24-hour access, workout routines to fit your needs, and access to our trained staff to answer questions.  Participants will also receive a t-shirt, weekly information and specials from our sponsors: F.Oliver’s and Gorgers.

T-Shirts: FREE!  Shirts will be ordered after all participants registered.  The shirts will given out after week 3.

Weigh Ins: FREE! Weekly weigh ins can occur at any time during the week.

Measurements: FREE, but optional.  Initial and final measurements will be optional.  We are happy to provide you with these measurements, including Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat %, Circumferences at 6 sites (biceps, forearm, waist, hips, thigh, and calf).  An appointment can be made if measurements are desired.

Orientation Sessions: FREE, but optional.  Orientation sessions are optional.  An appointment can be made with one of our trainers to go through the machines to get proper settings, good starting weights, and have questions answered.

Points: Points will be awarded to teams based on workouts/exercises completed, classes attended, attendance (3+ times per week), and challenges completed.

Winners: There will be three winning teams.  Two will be based on the total points accumulated.  The third will be based on the numbe rof challenges completed.

Prizes: Members of the winning teams will recieve prize packages with goodies from FLFC, F.Oliver’s, Gorgers, and other donating businesses.
