The trick is to be pick a healthy combination of foods for breakfast.  Don&#039;t be afraid to think outside of the &quot;typical&quot; breakfast box.  Try fresh salsa and avocado with your scrambled eggs.  Toss on a sprinkle of your favorite grated cheese and roll up in a whole wheat tortilla shell.  Serve with a side of fresh fruit of your choice and VOILA!</description>

As a woman who has been morbidly obese for years, I&#039;ve been working very hard over the last few months to maintain a calorie deficit of a minimum of 1,000 calories/day. To help me reach that daily goal, I look for recipes like this that are low in calories but scrumptious looking (and I&#039;m sure scrumptious tasting).  Being able to eat foods like this helps keep me on track!  Thank you for sharing this!</description>

The advise provided here with the added benefit of exercise can bring about a complete change in someone&#039;s lifestyle, and who hasn&#039;t experienced something that&#039;s great tasting isn&#039;t necessarily good for you. I can also relate to the diabetes comments since my family has a history with diabetes.  

What are your thoughts on skipping breakfast altogether versus the typical heavy dosage of the high calorie, high cholesterol based breakfast of eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. would bring?

		<description>Mostly, I like anything that gets me outside.  In the warmer months I  get out for  an early morning jog.  (Before I got my treadmill, I&#039;d be out from Feb &#039;til Oct.  Now it&#039;s early May &#039;til it gets below 40 again.  Never realized how much I don&#039;t like the cold!)  Then there&#039;s the yard work.  Even my eight hours of confinement (office job) allows me many opportunities for exercise:  I call the flight between my office and the downstairs offices my &quot;office treadmill&quot; and it gets a good workout each day, especially if the boss is IN.</description>
